The access procedures involve coordinated efforts between the four RTOs, ensuring smooth execution of User Projects within the PREVAIL framework.
How to Request a User Project in PREVAIL:
- Initial Contact: Access to PREVAIL’s services begins via the project’s website through the CONTAC US – ENQUIRY FORM. Potential users can request access to the PDKs, ADK, and/or DRM needed to design or fabricate their device demonstrators.
- Evaluation: PREVAIL’s User Interface Team (UIT) will centralize and evaluate the requests.
- Project Management: Upon qualification and acceptance of the User Project, a lead partner will be appointed to manage the project.
- Consortium Representation: For a given User Project, the lead partner will act on behalf of the entire consortium according to the rules stated in PREVAIL’s Collaboration Agreement (PCA).
Access Timeline: Access to PREVAIL’s services will gradually open starting in June 2025. Links to access information for specific technologies, along with the necessary NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) and DKLAs (Design Kit License Agreements), will be available at the opening stage.
